Vestibular Therapy

Welcome to a New Standard of Vestibular Care

At Alpharetta ENT Specialists, we believe dizziness and balance disorders deserve more than a generic approach. That's why we have built something different: a practice where your ENT physician and vestibular therapist work together as a single, unified team — combining medical diagnostics with advanced rehabilitation under one roof.

We test each patient thoroughly to understand exactly how your nervous system is processing information, then build a recovery plan that is specific to you — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Our services

Comprehensive Vestibular Evaluation
Not sure what's causing your dizziness? This is where we start. We perform a thorough diagnostic assessment to identify whether your symptoms are coming from the inner ear, the brain, the neck, the visual system, or a combination of these.

BPPV Assessment & Treatment
BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) is one of the most common — and most treatable — causes of dizziness. We use precise positional testing to confirm the diagnosis and perform canalith repositioning (crystal repositioning maneuvers) to resolve it quickly and effectively.

Chronic Dizziness & PPPD Rehabilitation
Some dizziness isn't caused by a mechanical problem in the ear — it's driven by a nervous system that has become overly sensitized. If you experience persistent, non-spinning dizziness, motion sensitivity, or feel "off" in busy environments, this specialized program is designed for you.

Balance & Fall Risk Assessment
Using objective testing of balance, gait, and stability, we measure your fall risk with precision and use those results to design a targeted training program to help you move through the world with confidence.

Post-Concussion Rehabilitation
Concussion recovery is complex. Our integrated approach addresses the vestibular, visual, and balance changes that often linger after a head injury, as well as guidance on safely returning to physical activity.

Cervicogenic Dizziness & Neck-Related Symptoms
The neck plays a surprisingly important role in balance and spatial awareness. If your dizziness is linked to neck stiffness, pain, or injury, we provide targeted treatment to address the cervical spine's contribution to your symptoms.

Visual–Vestibular & Sensory Mismatch Rehabilitation
Some patients become overly reliant on their vision to feel steady, or struggle when their senses send conflicting signals — such as in grocery stores, crowds, or scrolling on a screen. We offer advanced rehabilitation to retrain your nervous system and restore sensory harmony.
